PAINT & STAB: A Sacred Rage Ritual
Ready to burn, stab, and shred the shit?
Join us August 14th at 6:30pm at The Feral Healing Company for an outdoor night of releasing the rage that is holding you back.
Rain or shine — it’s happening.
We’ll start with a guided meditation (led by @jenlevins) to connect with a memory you’re finally ready to release. Then we’ll paint that pain — no art skills needed. It doesn’t have to be good, just your truth on canvas.
While the paint dries, enjoy refreshments as we gear up to finally let go of our rage!
When our paintings dry… We’ll fucking destroy them.
🔥 Burn them.
🔪 Stab them (real knives, throwing knives — we’ve got options)
🎯 Chuck darts them, tear them apart with your bare hands, stomp them till there is nothing left, whatever you need to do to get the rage out.
This is your chance to do it -violently, safely, and with full permission.
