It’s time to slow the down and get your hands in the dirt.

.We’ll start with a guided meditation (led by @jenlevins) to connect with a memory you’re finally ready to release. Then we’ll paint that pain — no art skills needed. It doesn’t have to be good, just your truth on canvas.

While the paint dries, enjoy refreshments as we gear up to finally let go of our rage!

When our paintings dry… We’ll fucking destroy them.
🔥 Burn them.
🔪 Stab them (real knives, throwing knives — we’ve got options)
🎯 Chuck darts them, tear them apart with your bare hands, stomp them till there is nothing left, whatever you need to do to get the rage out.

This is your chance to do it -violently, safely, and with full permission.
